Here at The Crystal Queen by Vicki, we believe that the journey of your crystal from our hands to yours, is as significant as the crystal itself. Before sending off, each crystal is tenderly cleansed with sage smoke and infused with positive affirmations and love. It is then carefully packaged using industry standard materials to ensure a safe and secure delivery. Fragile and sensitive items are clearly labelled and receive all the protective measures possible to minimise any risk of damage during transit. We strive to maintain the highest quality standards to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition.

Please review all of our terms and conditions regarding postage and handling below. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to these terms.

1.       All orders are typically processed within 2 – 3 working days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, sale events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may be slightly delayed. We will endeavour to communicate any significant delays.

2.     All orders will be delivered through Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been packed.

3.      We provide free local delivery within the post code of 5540 only. We request a minimum order of $20 to make this viable for our business. Times and days will be arranged with each customer to ensure a safe, hand to hand delivery of your items.

4.       We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit. We take meticulous care in packaging your items, but once the parcel is with the courier, it is then out of our control.  

5.     Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange or refunds based on ‘Change of mind’. Due to the limited availability and rarity of crystals, all sales are final.

6.      Shipping is available within Australia only. We currently do not offer international shipping.

7.       Parcels 5 kilograms and under will have a flat postage rate of $12.00.  Heavier items may incur additional delivery fees based on location and weight. Any added fees will be calculated at checkout.

8.       Due to the nature and natural variations inherent in all crystals, the sizes and weights provided on our website are approximate. We do our very best to measure and weigh each crystal as accurately as possible, but please understand that slight differences may occur.

9.      While every effort is made to portray each crystal and its colour accurately, please note that each phone and computer screen is different. Variations may incur due to different settings on your personal device, which may affect the crystals true appearance.

D    Please note: Many of our crystal photos may show reflections or light spots from the ring light used during photography. This is simply the lighting effect and not a flaw in the crystal itself. Unfortunately, this cannot be avoided, but rest assured your piece will be just as beautiful in person.

T    Finally, just a friendly reminder, this is strictly an online-only crystal business. This means all purchases and viewings are done through our website - we do not offer in-person shopping or pick-ups from our home. We have made this choice to maintain the privacy and boundaries of our personal residence, ensuring a dedicated online experience for all our wonderful, loyal customers.
